For the first 200 future customers, I am offering pricing as it was in 2013. After that, their referrals will receive a discounted price plan almost as good.

2013 Minimum quarterly price $75

Homes larger than 1670 sq ft $.045 per sq ft

2025 prices usually $.06 per sq ft

for example:

2000 sq ft 2013= $90 each quarter

2000 sq ft 2025= $120 each quarter
