• Rodents- Almost every rat i have killed, trapped or poisoned in Palm Beach county, or Broward county, has been a of the roof rat variety. If there is an issue inside we trap them, then to decrease the population outside i encourage bait boxes as specified by the law. A tamper-proof bait box or station must be inaccessible to a 4 year old child or a dog. This means that the station can not be opened and the bait can not shaken out. Minimum Rodent work charge is $300 unlike others that is in the thousands.

• Bed Bugs- out of all my customers over the years as an exterminator in pest control, only when people travel and stay in new locations have any of my customers got bed bugs. Even that is less than 0.1%. I have had new customers be told they have Bed bugs only to inspect and find they are being bitten numerous times by other insects.

• Fleas - I will always help the customer resolve this insect with the least financial and chemical impact.

• Ticks - Not as common but occasionally Ticks will be a problem, often which can be resolved with a truck spray of foliage around the home, and a thorough treatment inside.

• Spiders - while not insects since spiders have 8 legs, they definitely can be a pest. We treat for spiders, also we offer additional treatments for spiders, including hanging spider eggs removal, spider web sweep and spider / spider web / spider egg treatments of enclosures.

• Pool Enclosure infestations - Most treaments for pool enclosures involve spiders, yet also for the pool deck i find Big-Headed ants can cause sand piles and undermining of the pool deck.

• Lawn Pests - Grubs, Ants (including fire ants), Chinch bugs ect.
